The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, is a made of two islands. The climate is very tropical. There are 2 seasons annually, the dry season for the first 5 months of the year, and the rainy season in the remaining 7 months of the year. Both Trinidad and Tobago were originally settled by Amerindians of South American origin.
Trinidad and Tobago is known for its Carnival celebration and as the birthplace of steel-pan, the limbo, and music styles such as calypso.Trinidad and Tobago is a republic with a two-party system and a parliamentary system.
